Chatrium Hotel provided an exceptional experience during my stay in Bangkok. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options from different cuisines. The shared outdoor pool was a nice touch to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The staff were excellently trained and spoke very good English; they were very responsive to the Guests' needs and inquiries and were very accommodating. The shuttle boat to the Sathorn Pier was timely and crucial to access the rest of the city, although taxis were readily available, when needed. The river view was perfect.

The river view from the 32 floor was just amazingly beautiful and calming ! The staff is very friendly , helpful and superb professional!

The hotel and amenities were fabulous. The extra bonus was having the free river shuttle to take us to central pier. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.
